Due to Covid-19, we cannot run through Melksham town centre at present. So for one year only, the Melksham Town FC 10k is moving to Castle Combe.
To grab an entry to the Castle Combe MTFC 10k.
The route is different to the normal Chilly 10k with competitors starting on the perimeter of the circuit before joining the circuit itself for 2.5 laps of fast, traffic-free racing.
The race starts at 09:30 in waves of 6 competitors every 1 minute. The fastest runners start first.
In 2021, for £8 you can have your medal personalised with your name, position and finish time. Your details and results will be engraved on a small plate which fits neatly into the back of your medal. See itab for an example.

The race venue is Castle Combe Race Circuit, Nr Chippenham, SN14 7EY. Please follow the sings for the DB Max Car Park upon arrival. Car parking is in the Westway entrance.
There will be no registration at this Covid-secure event and you will collect your timing chip just before the start line in a Covid-safe manner. There will be a very short briefing just before you start but most of the necessary information will be provided in your race letter.
Race numbers will be printed yourself from the results page prior to race day.
Race letters will be sent out by email approximately a week before race day. Reading your race letter is compulsory. Please ensure you enter a current, accurate email address when entering this event online. Nothing is sent out by post.
There are no official cut-off times for the event. There will be a race sweeper accompanying the back markers.
There is no registration for this event and you will print your race bib from the results page. You will pick your timing chip up approximately 10 minutes before your start near the start line. A face covering will be compulsory to wear in this area. A video race briefing will be sent to you in advance of race day.
