Withdrawal Policy

The registration fee must be paid at the time of registration. DB Max Events cancellation policy is (points 1 and 2 are for all events booked before 19th May 2022):

    1. Non postal event – Any event entry that requires chip and number pick up on the day. Cancellations received by email to enquiries@dbmax.co.uk at least 25 days prior to the event date, will receive a 60% refund or transfer of entry fee towards another DB Max event (£10 transfer fee applies for multi-sport events and £5 for running events). Only emailed cancellations to enquiries@dbmax.co.uk are acceptable. Cancellations made in the last 25 days before the event date will not be eligible for any refund or transfer.
    2. Postal event – DB Max Events’ refund policy for postal events (such as, but not limited to, Westonbirt House Easter, Summer and Christmas 10k and Chippenham 10k) is that any cancellation received by email to enquiries@dbmax.co.uk more than 40 days prior to the event will receive a 60% refund or transfer of entry fee towards another DB Max event (£5 transfer fee applies). Only emailed cancellations to enquiries@dbmax.co.uk are acceptable. Cancellations made in the last 40 days before the event date will not be eligible for any refund or transfer. 

      Cancellation policy from 19th May 2022 onwards. 

    3. All events – Cancellations received by email to enquiries@dbmax.co.uk at least 50 days prior to the event date, will receive a 80% credit on their account, those who cancel between 49 and 26 days before an event will receive a 60% credit on their account. Only emailed cancellations to enquiries@dbmax.co.uk are acceptable. Cancellations made in the last 25 days before the event date will not be eligible for any refund.
