  • The run is 5km (3.1 miles)
  • We’ll be running connected together as a single continuous chain
  • In the process we’re aiming to break the existing Guinness World Record of 179 runners

About Heads Together:

  • Heads Together is a campaign to end the stigma around mental health
  • Mental health impacts 1 in 4 people in the UK and is the single biggest cause of lost time at work
  • The Heads Together campaign aims to change the dialogue around mental health by brining people together and supporting conversations that will break down the barriers that so often prevent people discussing the challenges they’re facing
  • The campaign is supporting eight great charities with years of experience in supporting mental health problems across a number of different areas (Best Beginnings, CALM, Contact, Mind, Place2Be, The Mix, YoungMinds, The Anna Freud Centre)
