Kinetic-One 10 and 25 Mile TT – Race 18, 25th August

The Castle Combe 10 mile Summer TT series is back for 2021, and for August we have a 25 mile option too!

We are super-stoked to be back with our Kinetic One Castle Combe 10 Mile TT Series, and it will be bigger and better than ever in 2021 with over 20 events. And for August we are delighted to be bringing you a 25 mile option as well.

Events will be held at the famous Castle Combe race circuit and provide safe, traffic free, socially distant racing.

Race 18

The 23-race series on the super-smooth surface will again be sponsored by Kinetic-One Cycling.

  • Chip timing including splits and bike laps.
  • Beginner-friendly racing.

  • A choice of 10 or 25 mile options (please note the 25 mile option will start between 17:30 and 18:00 only.

Whilst DB Max Sports Timing have retired the results slips, your finish time and lap splits are available immediately online.

Race Start

The start time will be approximately 17:30 at each event. Start times must be booked in advance. Start times may not be changed. Day entries are available between 17:05 and 18:30.

10 Mile TT
Individual entries £16.
Day entries £20 (cash only). Day entries are open and available between 17:15 and 18:30.

25 Mile TT

Individual entries £22.
Day entries £25 (cash only). Day entries are open and available between 17:15 and 18:30.

On arriving at Castle Combe, please use the Westway Entrance to access the venue.

Timing Transponders

Please attach the timing transponder firmly to your left ankle with the strap provided (chip fitting instructions). This will ensure that all finish results (as well as splits and lap times) are collected by the system. Timing chips must be placed in the collection bucket on exiting the track near the car park. Hand sanitizer (80% alcohol) will be available at the chip removal point.

Lost and unreturned timing chips will be invoiced at £45 each. Please do not forget to place your chip in the bucket when exiting the track.

Competitors are responsible for counting their own bike laps – plan how to do this to avoid mistakes on the day. The timing system will produce results for each lap and anyone not completing the required 5 laps will be disqualified.
