DEFERRED ENTRIES – All those athletes who deferred their entry from the 2021 race to this year’s race will be automatically entered into the 2022 Gosport Half Marathon, however you will need to log into your Race Nation account to update all your personal details (only entrant name, contact, gender, and medical details will be copied across from the original entry and any custom information will not be added to this year’s entry). You will be able to do this once the race opens on Wednesday 1 June. An email has been sent out to all those who deferred their entry with further instructions. If the email is not in your inbox then please check your Junk Mail folder.

Audio Devices – For this year’s Gosport Half Marathon Bone conducting headphones are permitted so long as the wearer can hear traffic and marshal directions. Any other headphones or similar (other than those medically prescribed) are not allowed. Runners seen to be wearing headphones other than bone conducting headphones will be disqualified.

“As good as it gets… Some of the best and friendliest marshals I have ever encountered. Superb organisation without being officious. A goody bag that is environmentally friendly – and filled with things I actually wanted after a long run. Great medal.”

“Really great race, super organisation and support first time running this, and what a great race.”

“Marshals on the route were amazing, really enthusiastic and supportive. And the samba band were fantastic. Quite a high proportion of club runners, but didn’t feel competitive, and in fact lots of support from other runners too.”
