The 10k route starts and finishes in 2021 in Monkton Park in the heart of Chippenham. before heading out on to the  quiet country roads and trails around Chippenham on a predominantly flat course.

The event sold out for the last 4 years, so get your entry in early to this great 10k event.

The race starts at 19:15 and there is plenty of parking in the town. The event will likely have wave starts, and it is expected we will be able to set you off in groups of 30 every 1 minute with the fastest runners starting first.

In 2021 for just £8 you can have your medal personalised with your name, position and finish time and if you’re keen, your splits too. Your details and results will be engraved on a small plate which fits neatly into the back of your medal. See itab for an example.

Getting Here

Getting to the venue couldn’t be easier and it is only a short distance from Junction 17 of the M4. Car times from Major Cities are

London – 1 hour 30 minutes
Birmingham – 1 hour 30 minutes
Bristol – 35 minutes
Cardiff – 60 minutes
Swansea – 1 hour 45 minutes
Exeter – 1 hour 30 minutes


Parking is available in one of the town centre car parks just a short walk from the race start and finish. Available car parks are – Borough Parade (SN15 3WL) or the Train Station (SN15 3QQ).

Registration & Briefing Times

Registration is from 17:30 and will close 15 minutes before the race start. The race briefing will be a video briefing which will be sent out in advance of race day.
Race numbers and timing chips will be collected just before the start line.

Cut Off Times

There are no official cut off times for the event, but the event marshals will be removed from the course after 95 minutes after the last starter and anyone taking longer than this will have to make their way back safely themselves.

To successfully run our events we require the help and support of Marshals and Volunteers. if you are able to assist at the event or have friends, family, work colleagues or enemies who may be able to help, then please contact James Higgs on in return we offer free entries in to future DB Max events and if you are lucky a bacon roll and cup of coffee…..
