Back for 2022, the Castle Combe Midweek 10k. Officially measured 10k run over a flat, smooth, running surface on the famous Castle Combe race circuit.
Safe, traffic-free, multi-lap 10k running event. Suitable for beginners and experienced runners alike.

The race takes in 3 laps of the race track before finishing in the chicane at Westway, it is a little different from the normal events held at Castle Combe with competitors starting on the perimeter of the track.

In 2022 for just £8 you can have your medal personalised with your name, position and finish time and if you’re keen, your splits too. Your details and results will be engraved on a small plate which fits neatly into the back of your medal. See itab for an example.

Pacers
The #dbmaxpaceteam will be out in full force on race day. Pacers will be available at the following times. 40/45/50/55/60/65/70/75 minutes. Our pacers aim to bring you in approx. 10 to 15 seconds under these times (chip time, not gun).

Getting Here
Getting to the venue couldn’t be easier and it is only a short distance from Junction 17 of the M4. Car times from major cities are
London – 1 hour 30 minutes.
Birmingham – 1 hour 30 minutes.
Bristol – 35 minutes.
Cardiff – 60 minutes.
Swansea – 1 hour 45 minutes.
Exeter – 1 hour 30 minutes.
Parking
The venue has plenty of parking. You will be directed in to the circuit from the main road through the main competitor gates. Please drive with consideration to other users. Parking will not open until 17:15 so please do not arrive early.

Registration & Briefing Times
Registration is from 17:45 and will close 15 minutes before the race start. The race briefing will take place ten minutes prior to race start.
Race numbers and timing chips will be collected from the registration desk on race day.
