DB Max are pleased to announce a bonus winter TT on Sunday 1st March. This race will also incorporate the South West 10 Mile TT Winter Club Championships
Events are at held at the world famous Castle Combe race circuit and provide safe, traffic free racing throughout the winter so not all workouts have to be done on the dreaded turbo trainer!
The Castle Combe 10 mile TT series had become more and more popular over the years and in 2019 we have had fields in excess of 150 riders. Events are at held at the world famous Castle Combe race circuit and provide safe, traffic free racing.
The race series on the super-smooth surface will again be sponsored by Kinetic-One.

DB Max Sports Timing will provide the results and the lap splits for every competitor.
Competitors go off at 30 second intervals at each event throughout the year.
South West ‘Winter’ 10 Mile TT Team Championships
The winter club championships will be for teams of as many riders as you like (4 to count) and will be based on category position with 5-year age groups. DB Max are looking to encourage participation of all ages of riders, with everyone having a great chance to contribute to their team’s score
Teams will receive points relative to the category position of their team members and the lowest score wins.
The club championships prize is 20 free entry tickets (worth over £300) for the club, for use at the upcoming Summer Time Trial Series. Plus a case of beer for the team!
Teams can enter as many riders as they like and the top four by category position will count towards the team score.
There will be individual (£16) and two-up (£22) time trials, with prizes provided by Kinetic-One. Day entries are available, individual (£18) and two-up (£25).

Race numbers and timing chips will be collected from the registration desk on race day. Details of allocated bib numbers will be available online prior to the event and will also be displayed in the registration area at the venue.
Competitors must attend the race briefing on the day. Information on the course and rules relative to competitor safety will be outlined.
Competitors are responsible for counting their own bike laps – plan how to do this to avoid mistakes on the day. The timing system will produce results for each lap and anyone not completing the required 5 laps will be disqualified.
