The Trowbridge Tri Swim Lessons will include one to one and group swim coaching for novices to advanced swimmers as well as weekly advice/coaching on triathlon training, nutrition and race preparation. There will also be an additional opportunity to join race orientation sessions, cycling and running with BTF/ASA qualified coaches. A total support programme for athletes taking part in the Wiltshire Times Trowbridge Triathlon.
