After a spectacular first year in 2009, the Gower Multisport Festival is back for 2010, seeing DB Max Events and Tri & Enter Events join forces for the second time.

After the pasta party on the Friday evening, Saturday morning sees the two duathlon events held in the beautiful village of Rhossili. The sprint triathlon will be back in the same format as in 2009, but the long duathlon will be an Olympic distance event in 2010 and will also host the Welsh National Duathlon Championships.

After the BBQ and party in the Worm’s Head Hotel on the Saturday evening, Sunday morning sees the second running of the Llangennith Monster Run. The 2010 off-road race will be extended to a full 10k distance, but will still include that hill.
