Registration & Briefing Instructions
Registration Times: Sunday 6:45 to 8:30.
Briefing Times: Five minutes prior to race start.
Race numbers and timing chips will be collected from the registration desk on race day. You do not receive anything by post. Details of allocated bib numbers will be available online prior to the event and will also be displayed in the registration area at the venue. Do not open a race envelope unless it has your name and number on it.
BTF members must show a valid BTF licence at registration or purchase day insurance (£3).
Competitors must attend the race briefing on the day. Information on the course and rules relative to competitor safety will be outlined, as well as important BTF information. Please also take the time to read the BTF Rules.
Competitors may not race with somebody else’s number.
Timing Transponders
Please attach your timing transponder (MYLAPS ProChip) firmly to your left ankle with the strap provided as soon as you open your race envelope (chip fitting instructions). This will ensure that all finish results (as well as splits and lap times) are collected by the system. Timing chips will be collected in the finish funnel or marquee immediately at the end of the race.
Please return your timing chip as soon as you finish (even if you do not complete your race).
Every race envelope is scanned with a timing chip in it – if you lose yours or leave it in your car, there are no replacements so you will not get your times and splits from your race. Lost and unreturned timing chips will be invoiced at £75 each, as part of the terms and conditions of your race entry.

Please attach your bib number to your front while racing so that it can be clearly seen. Race belts may also be used and will be available to purchase from the MOTI expo shop on the day. Bib numbers cannot be folded.
The DB Max event team look forward to welcoming you to Bradford on Avon on race day.
