Will Whitmore of DB Max has over 10 years' experience in the fitness industry, along with an MSc. in Exercise & Nutrition Science, a Wellness Coaching Award, a Premier Diploma and various other vocational qualifications. Having trained with champions such as Hywel Davies, Michelle Parsons, Adam Horder and Lee Rankin, Will too is now an X-Fit Champion, finishing the year on top in 2006 and 2005 and unbeaten in his last three races. Recent scalps include Darren Robson, Micky White, Kirk Gibbons and Cassius Frankson (2004).

BASIC X-TRAINING FITNESS PROGRAMME
Train
smart and benefit from DB Max's wealth of experience. Gain an insight into
specific, focused sessions that get results!
1)
Client
will receive an email questionnaire
to complete and return. This will detail current fitness status, x-train
experience, particular areas of focus, available exercise time etc.
2)
Client will then receive (by email) a
detailed
workout programme
(two separate
sessions) tailored specifically for them and their fitness level.
3) Client can then email or call for any immediate clarification on programme and then email once again during first four weeks with feedback or queries.
PAYMENT: one-off payment of £50
REMOTE COACHING PROGRAMME
Train smarter. For x-trainers or potential x-trainers that want an interactive service tailored towards achieving optimum performance in a particular event or season. Available in 6 or 12 month programmes, giving a personalised training plan taking client from Day 1 to Race Day. Session plans, nutritional advice, 'time-trial' fitness monitoring and regular support to drive you towards your goals.
1) Client will receive an email questionnaire to complete and return. This will detail current fitness status, x-train experience, particular areas of focus or weakness, nutrition and supplement status, key races, etc.
2) Client will then receive (by email) a detailed exercise programme with monthly updates, tailored specifically for them and their fitness level.
3) Client can email once a week with questions and feedback for detailed response.
4) Monthly 20 minute call to discuss progress, plus pre-race call one week prior to big event.
4) Client will complete monthly time-trial and email results for analysis and programme adaptation.
5) Programme will include race preparation advice, tapering, nutrition etc.
PAYMENT: one-off payment of £50,
then Option A: £210 for 6 months (or 6 x £38.50 direct debit (£231)).
Option B: £400 for 12 months (or 12 x £36 direct debit (£432)).
